• Service & Booking Data: Information related to your doctor/hospital appointments, home service requests, grocery orders, and transaction details.
• Photos & Media: User-uploaded profile photos, doctor credentials, or hospital banners when you explicitly grant storage/camera permissions.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Facilitate doctor and hospital appointment scheduling.
• Coordinate and dispatch home service technicians.
• Process and fulfill grocery deliveries from partner supermarkets.
• Secure user authentication and fraud prevention.
• Communicate updates, notifications, and booking status.

3. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party service providers to power our platform, including:

• Google Firebase: Used for secure authentication (Phone/OTP), Cloud Firestore database management, and cloud storage.
• Location & Mapping Services: Used for calculating delivery distance and finding nearby healthcare/retail partners.

4. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. All data transmissions between the application and our servers are encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL/TLS) technology.

5. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with our services. You have the right to:

• Access, update, or correct your personal profile information at any time from within the application.
• Request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data by contacting us. Upon request, we will permanently delete your account data within 30 days, subject to legal compliance requirements.
